— My Story
I went from a young mom not feeling good about parts of my body I felt weren't so flattering. I was body-shamed by some of the closest people to me which in turn affected my confidence. I was insecure about my body and how much it changed after having children. I tried fad diets, restrictive eating and extreme cardio and NONE of it worked. I wasn't just dealing with not liking myself physically, but I was also dealing with how I felt about myself emotionally.
I decided I could either stay stuck or make the changes I need to in order to start seeing results. I began strength training sessions, hired a trainer and in the process of my body composition changing so did my mind. I loved how emotionally charged I felt after workouts. I realize there is no quick fix. I knew this was something I needed to incorporate into my life, so here I am.
Not only did I do this for myself, but this is how I can help you! I've learned to eat and train towards the goals I want and now I use this knowledge to help other women like you.
