HOW IT WORKS
INITIAL
CONSULTATION
First, we will meet for a consult. This meeting will be about 30 minutes and will be in person or on Zoom. I will do a physical assessment to determine readiness and discuss your specific needs and goals you are hoping to achieve and the results you want for yourself. Before the end of our consult, I will let you know what service I recommend for your specific goals and we can schedule your training sessions with days & times that work best for your schedule.
GETTING
STARTED
At your first workout session, we will get your before pictures and measurements. This helps us keep track of your progress and know what is working and when we may need to change things up a bit. I will provide you with macro numbers for you to stick to when planning your daily meals, a clean eating guide to help you when you are grocery shopping and making healthy food choices, as well as helpful tools to help you stay on track with your mindful eating and exercising.
